PROJECT: Kean University East Campus Renovations & Recital Hall (Union, NJ)
2009 Building of America Real Estate & Construction Review Award

Extensive renovation and restoration of a classic campus building. The project was cited as being "one of the most imaginative, unique, innovative and/or dynamic" in the New York/Philadelphia area. Cobra's involvement included construction of a world-class recital hall, a commercial-grade kitchen and dining room, and the addition of 65,000 square feet of educational space.
